Drupal 7.x

I'm setting up a website in Drupal 6 and will be using images. Which of the contributed image modules should I use so that the transition to Drupal 7 is the easiest (assuming that it matters at all)? I'm hoping that Drupal 7 just incorporates a version of one of the existing Drupal 6 modules but I have no way of knowing which one...

Hi, I just started fooling around with Drupal to maybe replace our existing CMS. One project I would like Drupal to help me with is our personal web pages. I'm thinking that I might need to create a separate theme for this, that's why I'm posting in this category.

Why 7.x ?
Because this module is something abstract, for now. And the only site to work with this module will be mine for next 2 years.
But, anyway If you are available to work on 6x version, please be my guest.

First:
The users install this software in own computers.
This program collect this simple information:

1- How much time the user have the computer turned ON/Ibernation/ - 2 variables, the 3 variable "Off" is consequence from first 2, and will be add to.

a. When the user comes online, the recent personal information will be add to the user drupal site account, and make own statistic, to display in the user personal page.

b. the user personal statistic will be add to the comunity and displayed at first page drupal site or anywhere.
c. This page shows graffic with all community collumn and the user collumn.

This information: turn ON/Ibernation/, represents Co2 consume, the information "Off " represents 0 Co2 consume = "footprint credit".

Upgrading causes this error:

    * Notice: Undefined index: module in _field_info_prepare_instance_display() (line 323 of /var/www/../modules/field/field.info.inc).
    * Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in text_field_formatter_view() (line 273 of /var/www/../modules/field/modules/text/text.module).

Anyone else experiencing this?

Not sure if this is a bug w/the alpha release, or if I'm missing something... but I've been banging my head against this all day.

Collapsible field sets work fine in generic forms, but when I use them in a node edit form (hook_form()) for a custom node they go wonky.
Privileged users can access them just fine, but the can not be opened/closed by a normal user (the title shows up as plain text, no clickable link or arrow). I narrowed my form down to bare bones, and it's still giving me issues.
