Drupal 7.x

How do I add lightbox effect when clicking an image thumbnail? First some background...

I have created a new menu, so far with several links for level 1, and off those links a second level of links which should display when the first level links are clicked.

I can't seem to get then to expand at all. If I show them as expanded then they display, but I only want them to display when clicked.

Am I missing something really obvious?

Is it possible to create another front page for logged in users ? Kind of like the one Drupal.org has
they have the regular front page called ""Drupal Homepage" and "Your Dashboard" for the logged in users

I am making a webpage for a firebrigade , with a small "intranet" for the employees to view upcomming events.

I just installed Drupal 7. I'm pleased it's here however it turns out many of the modules I want to use are not compatible. This is probably the first time I've used a release that is fairly recent. Is it likely it will take some time for many modules to be compatible?

What i'm trying to figure out is whether i should downgrade to v6 and skip 7 for the time being.

I hope this post help someone else in the same situation.

Like this I can easy list all the Porsches

But imagine I want people to search on sports cars or station wagons, so I create:

Type
-Station
-4x4
-Sports
