i don't kno if u know this off hand but...

if i log onto the ftp for and make a copy of the full 'drupalinstall' folder. am i backing up the entire site? database and all?

another question....similar site as above, can i effectively duplicate a complete site and start modifying it independently of the other site by copying the 'drupalinstall' folder and renaming it to 'drupalliveinstall'

what about the database? is it included when i do this? or does this need to be done thru the hosting cpanel interface?

I installed drupal 7 and i created a new menu but the new menu is not displayed in the menu drop down list when i create a new node.

I have got problem with D7. I instaled D7 and I can't add images to nodes, blocks and any other kind of content by editor. I can add images only by new type filed (images) uploaded it. Problem is i cant decided wher image mast be in the artical for example. When I added images by html (img src i see images in editor but when I save it after that i can see only something ilke that (img alt="\"\"" height:="" src="%5C" style="")

Is it possible for a non-programmer to customize Views' Full or Mini Pager and replace it with images or special characters? And has someone posted a tutorial for this already? Many thanks again for all the support!

I have the extenal Links module installed, mainly to open external links in a new tab or window, and up until yesterday it was working fine. Today however, if I click on an external link, it pops up the warning message as usual, I click OK, it opens up a new tab to display the link, but it also converts the original page to that link as well, so I end up with two tabs showing the same link.

Pretty certain I haven't changed anything that relates to this, and have tried disabling and re-enabling the module.

Any suggestions?
