A client of mine wants a website that he will have back end functionality with, which is why I chose a CMS script to work with. While Drupal fulfills those needs, there are two specific needs that he requested that I need some help with—or module/profile suggestions. While not going into too much detail about it, here are the specs:
I am brand new to Drupal (built a site once using Joomla) and not a web developer. I am trying to install a template and I read the instructions and watched a tutorial but I cannot find where I am supposed to upload the theme. When I go into my administrator site there is no tab for site building. I went into configuration and tried to use the install function but it keeps giving me an error saying that it cannot find the temporary file. Is there somewhere else that I am supposed to administer the site from in order to do things like install themes?
Hey everyone, thanks in advance for the help. Here is my problem
Today I upgraded a drupal 6 installation to drupal 7, should have been a simple upgrade but things did not go as planned.
The site was a drupal 6 acquia drupal install, which uses a customized version of the garland theme.
Long story short, after the update was completed, it tried to continue using the d6 version of garland, and obviously no content is rendering.
So this seemed simple enough, make a quick change in the variable table to make bartik the default theme right?
Hello,
As many people got the same error, i have found no soultion. So the problem is that i have installed the drupal 7 version of contemplate and it gives me thus error.
Warning: Parameter 1 to contemplate_edit_type_form() expected to be a reference, value given in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 771 of C:\wamp\www\includes\form.inc).
any solutions?
Thanks
I have created a block with views. When I print out the theme_hook_suggestions in my preprocess_block function in template.php, I see the following options:
I'm new to Drupal, but have worked in Joomla+phpbb3 before.
I've faced lot of issues while customising mods/originals to fit for site especially while upgrading.
I'm building a church website now and after few analysis of themes,
thought of sticking to original drupal theme so as to reduce work in long run.
But thought of querying two things which i liked
1. Do you know the theme which Drupal.org site uses? if yes, can you please let me know
