I am getting very odd behaviour. When I make new content, and then publish it the entire body disappears. If I try to edit it the body doesn't even show up in the editor so I can't add anything to it. This issue I have read about from other people, now comes the weird part.
If I copy the body, click on "preview" the body doesn't show up, but if I paste the body back into the editor on the preview page then publish, then everything is displayed.

I built a view using jCarousel. The view is supposed to display images added using the Article content type. There is just a title and an uploaded image file. There is no body text. I supplied alternate text for when the image cannot be rendered in special browsers. The carousel displays the alternate text and not the images. What do I have to do to fix this?

I am using the danland theme and downloaded FCKeditor as the editor so I can create tables. However even when I set the border to 0 in the border properties it still creates a black border. I'm use it has something to do with the style sheet but I have no idea where to start looking to remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the border?

I'm looking for two functionalities for my website:
1) I want to create "group mailing lists" some. A group which users can join that has an "email all other group members functionality"
2) A sort of subscribe system where users can subscribe to a certain activity/tool on a certain date. For example I want to play football tomorow so I subscribe for a game of football tomorrow, other members can see this and subscribe as well to join me. I don't want to have to create the ability to subscribe every day, I want people to subscribe on a certain date.
