Drupal 7.x

Problem installing facebook like button module. Actually can't install any modules. Same error.

Trying to instal using site instal using upload module, keep getting following error msg.

"unable to create directory temporary://update-extraction/fblikebutton/

Any ideas?

I successfully installed Drupal 7. So far, everything's working, no problems. Previously, I also played around with D6, but the project was abandoned.

During installation I chose the option to directly add modules and themes via the admin UI, which is also quite convenient. Now however, I wanted to start changing and customizing my theme of choice - which used to not really be a problem with D6.

i have defined a content type wich has a field named "pictures" in image type with 10 limited values.

i have selected jQuery Gallery in display format.

when visit the page, The body of gallery is visible but no image shows in it!!! i mean it shows no image!

i am sure that the field contains some images because when i select other display format (for example SlideShow) it shows all of images correctly!!!

but jQuery Gallery shows nothing!!!

where is the problem????

I am fairly new to Drupal, and had a shot on creating a theme (from an existing layout from our previous site). I could use an experienced themer to give me some input on the theme located at: https://github.com/vih/vih.dk-theme

The login screen for instance does not display properly using the theme, and there are probably hundreds of violations of best practise.

I have just created http://drupal.org/project/picasa_slideshow_filter which is an input filter to include picasa webalbum slideshows. I am fairly new to Drupal and could use the look of an experienced drupal coder before I release version 1. Would anybody help?
