Instructions and documents on the CVS repository of Drupal are simply confusing and very difficult to interpret.
I got my CVS account finally, after several denials because of hidden instructions that were never expressed that you had to actually link to some modules you made, instead of entering a "motivation" which is what they ask for (crazy isn't it?).
So now I'm trying to find some place to upload to the CVS repository, and as I guessed it, you have to download a CVS client and somehow connect to the Drupal CVS. So that's fine, well lets read the guide before we make a post and get flamed to death as usual by trolls, so I do that, and guess what, the guide is trying its hardest to confuse you as well, without any instruction on where to connect or how to do it.
http://drupal.org/node/22294 - Just please honestly read this article ( I downloaded this program WinCVS since I use windows), and tell me that it tells you how to connect, because I read it several times and it clearly does not tell you how to connect to Drupal servers. I tried :local: and its obviously a remote location so I guess I shouldn't even read that article. I tried external but apparently its not drupal.org as hostname, and you can't find out how to connect at all...
Question don't these people know that it would be much easier if they simply did something like:
