I assume everyone else who visited drupal.org saw the posts that defaced drupal.org. Now it looks like they've been removed. Will there be a write-up of this incident so we can prevent it on our websites? I guess the poster was simply removed.
[edit: title changed, no one got into Drupal.org, see below -sepeck]
Once your core Drupal site is up and running the most common problems to occur are with the installation of contributed modules, yet there is no Forum dedicated to this. Where should such questions go?
'Post installation'? Does this include problems installing modules or just problems with the core?
'Module development' mentions the word module, but it is presumably only to be used whilst a module is under development?
On the phpBB site, every MOD has its own forum. Drupal does not appear to have one forum to cover 100s of modules!
I did a quick search for this topic, and am posting since I didn't find it.
Recommend adding <table>, <tr>, <th>, <td> to the filtered html input format. I've seen a number of discussions (on the mailing lists) of people unable to perform their roles because pages were entered with table tags, and require full html permissions to edit.
There is probably a good reason to exclude these tags? But I suspect most drupal users are familiar enough with them to use them correctly.
Currently, handbook pages can be edited by authors. Wouldn’t it be helpful if non-authors (authenticated users) could submit changes to these pages as well? Just add an extra approval step (by the author) when a non-author does an edit. Isn’t that what a Content Management System is about?
First I want to thank ALL the Drupal Organization including all the Members, Programmers, Technician,
Supporter and All other wich in a way or other develop and support this great CMS product.
Well my question-request is surely condivided and not condivided from all people involved with this SITE.
But as a beginner and fully entusiastic of this open source software have to notice that you my find really any kind of solution to all the topics regarding DRUPAL.
