recurrent SQUID errors received on drupal.org

About every third click in Forums results in the following error page [Zero Sized Reply -- Squid did not receive any data for this request], making drupal.org difficult to navigate today:

In fact, it's been quite difficult to submit this post, since error keeps occurring upon submission as well.

Help tp understand how Drupal works

Hello to everybody, I am new to Drupal.

I had to take over someone else's project and did not have the opportunity to learn from scratch. I had dealt with many issues so far. Instead of asking specific questions, I would like to ask if someone can help me understand how Drupal Itself works.

For example, first this file is loaded, then it calls this other one, collects information form this other one (e.g. .css)...etc.

In my specific case I am working with a customized them, which was based in Zen theme.

Do I make myself clear?

Links to API and CVS on Drupal.org

I think it would be nice if there were links to api.drupal.org and cvs.drupal.org clearly displayed on the drupal.org homepage or in the main menu. I think that new developers do not realize right away that these are two useful sites for them.

New Theme

Hi Guys,

I am searching a tutorial about the implementing new theme for drupal that would be customized.
One important thing, i am using the "Garland" theme locally on my site, i want to change the background color for this theme.
