Drupal 6.x

I've poked around a bit, but is there a way to keyword search unpublished content in Drupal 6? I'm really taken back currently that this does not seem possible.

I want put a link on my site that goes to a specific user tab but I need it to be there even if the user is not logged in and in that event redirect after making them login.

Specifically the end destination is user/UID/subscriptions but obviously if the user is not yet logged in I don't have the UID. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

I have a medium size website running on Drupal with about 8,000 page impressions daily and an average of 10 users and 70 visitors every 30 minutes that is hosted on a dedicated server.

The problem is that when I try to upgrade from Drupal 6.26 to 6.28 (because of the security update). When I do that, the CPU load averages which is usually close to the following 1.14 (1 min) 0.86 (5 mins) 0.83 (15 mins) will explode to numbers like 8,9 or even higher until my server freezes.

I have just bought a VPS server, and installed cPanel as control panel.
So I want to build a well server and used cPanel to the Drupal sites/users.

Then I wonder what kind of extensions or applications do Drupal really need to get it works/performance well?

I enabled the Sponsorship Sales module, then disabled it as it wasn't what I was after thinking no harm no foul...

However, I now cannot create sponsors, getting error:
An error has occurred. Please contact an administrator about not being able to select a product to create this sponsor.

Sponsor Product is in the menu item under the Admin panel of Create Content - this doesn't seem to have been removed when disabling Sponsorship Sales.

I created a product thinking I could bypass the error, no joy.

I've recently changed the pathauto automatic alias settings for blog and I need to update some aliases. I know that you can bulk update node aliases and user aliases through the admin pages, but there is nothing I can find for blogs. I've found this: http://drupalcontrib.org/api/drupal/contributions!pathauto!pathauto.modu... and I was wondering if I could use this to programmaticly update these url aliases.
