Drupal 6.x

I was handed a drupal site to maintain because no one else wanted to do it anymore. The more I learned about drupal the more I love it and have built 2 of my own with it so I know alittle but most of it I'm still learning. Anyway, this site was not built with what I think is the proper file structure none of the stuff is in the sites folder they put it all in the core folders. So I moved it all then proceeded to update the site to 6.29 from 6.28. Ran update php then tried to use backup and migrate to restore it but my newest backup was a .tar and said was not allowed on my server.

I am trying to edit the url for a newsletter sign up form but I can't figure out where the form is on the back end. I can find the code in the "page.tpl.php" document but unable to update the file for some reason on my FTP client, Cyberduck. I've looked through all the modules and blocks but am unable to find the sign up form where I can edit the code.

Can someone point me in the right direction in terms of how to edit this sign up form? I just need to change where you go after submitting your email in the box.

I am making a change on a client's Drupal 6 site, and have added the Flag module to allow bookmarking nodes. I have a View that displays my nodes, and want the "bookmark this" to appear with each one, but it doesn't show. I've dug around with krumo($node) to no avail. I tried printing $links (which does print the "bookmark this" on the node page), but it has a null value in the View. How do I get this to show up?

I need some help finding the root cause for a problem that appeared on a site running Drupal 6.29. The site automatically logs users, including admin, out whenever you attempt to click any links. I cannot access dblogs, reports, or anything of that nature.

The problem now is that a few custom codes aren't working anymore. There is one code that puts all following pages as nofollow/noindex. The code worked with the long pagination URL but not with the short. Here's the code:

I tried to upgrade my site from drupal 6.28 to 7.24. So I tried step by step from the D7 UPGRADE.TXT and now when i go to mysite.at/upgrade.php I get this error:
