Hey, when I upload all th Drupal 6.1 files and then go to my directory it redirects to /cgi-system/install.php and I get a 404 error. How can I fix this?

I would be interested in developing Ingres support for Drupal. I was wondering has any such attempt been made and how standardized is the SQL syntax? Are there any issues I should know about before I begin such a project? Thank you for any help.

I am still in the process of transferring my old static website to Drupal - but still have some questions as to how to develop certain areas of the site. (http://www.sleddoggin.com)

It's basically one of the largest dog sledding communities online, and I just had a feeling that it was time to transfer to a CMS. I chose Drupal.

I am installing drupal for the first time withOUT using fantastico.

Stuck on the install instructions:

"chmod o+w sites/default"

I only use filezilla's built in chmod/permissions feature (right click on file, enter in 777, 644, etc for permissions)

What is the Number equivalent of chmod o+w?
