Unfortunately, I could not find this topic by searching, so I open this post. If it has already been resolved, please point me to the relevant post.
Many Websites require that you open a new window when publishing their RSS Feed and the user clicks on a link.
As this is not configurable out-of-the-box, I would appreciate any help on how to achieve this and where to put the target="_blank" attribute (Drupal 6.1). I know there are many reasons not to use this but as it is a contractual requirement I comply with it or cannot use all RSS Feeds I would like to.
I'm doing my first Drupal Site. Very impressed with it so far, but there's so much to learn.
Anyway, my home page shows the summaries of the site's latest news stories. The summaries are too long and I'd like to be able to specify how long they are.
After upgrading from 5.7 to 6.1 which worked fine I have the problem that only the admin sess the site as it was = menus and content is shown normally to the admin.
Without login (anonymous), or login of a non admin gives only the screen:
"Welcome to your new Drupal website!"
with the advice to do some modifications as admin, but I already did.
Maybe it is a simple permission issue, but I cannot find it.
Would be great if somebody has an idea about this!
This of coarse does not tell me anything useful. I am running IIS 7 on Windows Server 2008, PHP 5.2.5, and MySQL 5.0.51a. Any help that you could give me would be great.
FFMPEG is a hotcake, but it seems that nobody knows how to install it. I've searched the internet forums for a good guide on how to do it but i couldn't find one. I went to FFMPEG website which riderects you to the CVS repository to download the files and heck i don't know how to do it, yes i am new to VPS and the whole thing shell, command lines and linux. Anyway, i am starting to get the hang of it, and i found about "apt-get" command which installs a library with all of its dependencies, so i said heck why not and typed
apt-get install ffmpeg
