Drupal 6.x

I have several sites up and running using themes I wrote. I have not upgraded any of these sites since 5.3. Yesterday I had to move a couple of them to new servers which the fantastico installed 6.1

6.1 is not recognizing my custom themes. I had a test drupal site (5.3) installed in a subfolder on a site so I uploaded the theme to that site and it showed. I then clicked the upgrade button to 6.1 and the site upgraded but the theme disappeared.

We are happy to announce the completion of porting of comment subscribe module for Drupal 6.x. This module allows users (anonymous and registered) to subscribe to their own comments on a node. The subscribed users will be notified of replies to their comments. This will send only relevant notifications to the users and will bring in more satisfied traffic to the site. HI all,

Just installed the Video Filter module with my new clean Drupal 6.1 website. Showed up fine in Site Building>module where I enabled it. Also in permissions. But no administrator tasks to set. Isn't showing up under create content or as an option under page or story. Can't find where to add my YouTube URL.
Checked help files, but no answer there.

I'm embarrassed to admit I don't know how to use this module.
