I need to add a select list (or radios) of all the users of a certain role to a content type. Anyone know how to do this?

I have a Webform in my site and I need to autofill various fields depending on a first field.
In fact, I need to fill several fields depending on the option selected in the first field.
If, for example, you choose the option "2" in the first field, I need to fill in four fields with the option 2 (with their respective options "2").
I've been playing with hooks and I managed to modify the fields.

I am using Drupal 6.2

My top navigation is based on "Primary Links" menu across the site for all the content types (Articles, Pages, Panes, etc...)
I have just created 3 Panel content type pages and for these i want to have a custom(different) top navigation(menu).

I have created the menu named "custom" in "Site Building" => "Menus".
How can i replace it for those 3 Panel contents?

I am a developer so even i source based solution will be appreciated.

I'm having an issue with not being able to move blocks to different regions. when i try to save any block to any region page immediately reloads to page not found. Anyone have this issue before and know how to quickly resolve it?
