How you place an image on top of another?

Hi all,

I am looking into using COD installation profile, have a few general questions on setup, etc.
We have a Drupal 6 install with lots of Core changes and many custom and contributed modules.

Will it be possible to add COD to our existing Drupal 6, if yes what should be the steps?
Also what will you recommend to add COD features to existing install (if possible of course) or run a COD install separately?

Hope someone will be able to assist me with an unusual request.
The software developer who was putting together a drupal 6 website for me - unfortunately experienced health issues and couldn't complete the job. The website is up but only 80% done.

I'm trying familiarize myself with some of the features in the admin section before the new software developer tries to complete the job. The former software developer provided little training on the site functionality.

I am experiencing a strange problem with my drupal website. On it, there are a good number of registered users. Sometime the users login, but not very frequently. Suddenly I figured out that some of the users (who are relatively old) are getting blocked. I check with blocked users, they said they did nothing. I do not have any idea how they got blocked.

I am using Drupal 6.10 for my website since last 5 years. The website did wonderful and we were successful to multiply our website many times. But since May 21, 2014 something happened the server started overloading. We thought there is some attack.

We created a new VPS and taken Managed Services from the hosting provider. The VPS have cpanel with php 5.2. We had issue as Cpanel has stopped support for php 5.2 but we were successful in downgrading the version and installing 5.2

I've been developing with Drupal since 2007 and recently am finding a lot of limitations with Drupal CMS vs WordPress and Joomla.
Modules and Themes are at least three times more than what we have for Drupal and they have more categories than us!!
Currently I need to create a Jewelery website and after an hour of searching I couldn't find a single theme that I can buy!!! Note that I have membership with 5 different theme developer sites and they don't have any either!
what's happening?
