Installing Drupal

Hi, after having installed WinIIS (on Win10), PHP 7.3, SQL Server 2014 and Drupal 8.6.4 (+ sqlserv 8.x-1.0-rc4 and wincache 8.x-1.11), I started to setup Drupal 8 but it wasn't able to connnect to SQL Server (db type, host name, db name, userid, password are all probably correct, I have tested them before by SQL Server).
Anyone is capable to help me? I don't really know how can I do, but I vave to solve it.

Im trying to install Drupal on my VPS

Im using Debian 9 and nginx, the problem is that when I go to the domain, once I have the files upload, the page does not load anything.

I just managed to setup a local Drupal 8 + Commerce 2 + Thunder.

Everything looked great until I had to check which extensions I actually need to enable.

I enabled some (like Commerce 2) and everything looked good.

I enabled those experimental (can't remember which one) ones, and Drupal 8 broke.

I am using Composer/Git running a lokal Win10 install with XAMPP.

I am new to Drupal and to Drupal 8 and presently trying to install everything following the OSTraining Video Series (63 videos on YouTube).  I am running Windows 10 x64 and accepted installation defaults apart from selecting PHP 7.2 during the install since there was a warning on the first attempt that PHP 5.1 would soon no-longer be supported.  On repeated attempts I receive the following error after "Select an Installation Profile" and choosing "Standard":
