I just installed a multisite setup. I got it to work using subdomains. They run off the same codebase from www.example.com. My problem is that in my new site www.site1.example.com, I cant get different themes to work on just this site. I read the instructions in the installation guide, and it says I have to make the folder structure like this: /sites/www.site1.example.com/themes.
I had Acquia drupal 6 stack running in Windows 7 64bit fine a few months ago. However I recently started up the console and I could not get to the site because Apache is not running now.
The install went fine, but if I change the permissions back to 644, it brings up the installer instead of the page. Change them to 777 and up comes the page just fine. Obviously, I would like to change the permissions back to 644, does anyone know what would be causing this problem?
I use drush_make to gather my drupal 7 installation. I also get CKEditor automatically. But I am struggling to find out, how I can use the install profile to set it up automatically?
Hi, we're learning Drupal because we want to use this platform for our new internet projects (web desing).
So, just in this time, we want to know if it is recomended for us to install for our new projects D7Beta or D6 and after update it.
I think if we install D7, we begin learning with the last technology and take advantage of the innovations. But by the other way, we think may be in D7 there are very few modules, and may be better to install D6 and in some months when the most of modules are updated, update our projects.
