Installing Drupal

I'm a beginner wanting to explore Drupal 9. I've installed 9.0.3 via Acquia Dev Desktop but when I try to start - in fact when I click on <Content> - I get a security alert asking me to 'immediately' update. That leads me to update 9.1.19 which, apparently, can only be installed manually. I don't think I'm capable of following the long set of instructions provided. What to do?? Will an automatic update be available soon? Or an update of 9.0.3?

Hello fellow Drupal disciples. I'm new to drupal, just beginning. I was installing drupal, when i got a messaget, that i have to update mariadb. After the update, i cannot even reach the begging stage to instal. I've deleted, then installed XAMPP again. Same with Drupal 9 -deleted and installed Drupal 9 again, but nothing changes 

Running on Windows 7,64; Toshiba PC is 5.5 years old.

Recently I 've installed Video Embed Field module , which works fine.  However, I would like to use copy the embed video script from youtube share button and paste the code onto the body of the article in drupal.   That way, I can choose the time of the video length to start, which is currently impossible with Video Embed Field.   Wonder if there is a way ?

and embed youtube video, however it is showing below the comment section.

Hi, I'm new with drupal and all its environment. I'm trying to install drupal using wamp server's. 

I searched over 3 hours for tutorials and if some people had the same problem as I. Some are similar, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
