Installing Drupal

Hello,
I have been using Drupal Scripts on Hostinger for almost a year.
Now I want to Transfer my Drupal hosted Scripts, plugins and modules from Hostinger to [spam redacted].
What I am trying now, downloading the complete Drupal script from my hostinger server and reuploading it to the [spam redacted] hosting, this
operation successfully done. However, the script is not running on [spam redacted] hosting giving me some DB errors, how I can solve
this issue or is there any other method to transfer hosting from hostinger.com to [spam redacted].

- reinstall the corrected drupal-9.1.5.nl.po file

I ran into this problem and found no complete solution anywhere, I had to put pieces together from various online search results.

PROBLEM
======

Running ddev drush site-install --account-pass=admin on Windows 10 pro (with either legacy setting or WSL2) resulted in this error: Install.core.inc 2289 Database Settings Array.

About a week ago I went onto our site to add a page and when I selected "Rich HTML" at the bottom the tool bar did no pop up. I can really only work in the rich html format since I'm new to website design. How can I get the toolbar back to make editing easier?
