Installing Drupal

Is there a module that can retrieve the content in the private files library and write it to the database?
I need to upload a folder with libraries, subdirectories and files to directory: private files.
I do use ftp upload.
In different content (nodes) i should link to these files and the content should appears.
But it does not.
The files can I see in the file manager (CKE / IMCE).
There can be linked to them.
But the files are not displayed.
I get the message: The requested page "/ AC_91.JPG" could not be found.

Recently installed Drupal 7 commons. can you please explain why i dont have the Side-bar administration like i had drupal 6. or please guide me how to enable it on my drupal commons 7 installation i installed 7.x-3.0-beta3

We are building content management and delivery application on Drupal 7.x. Drupal has been deployed on Azure cloud.

We are having trouble with Fast CGI module responsible for executing the php scripts in IIS with Drupal. CPU utilization peaks to 100% during execution of FastCGI module while delivering web pages. Dear all,
I have installed Drupal 7.14 and Geoserver 2.2. It is impossible to go (there is no menu - the page is white) into Geoserver menu through Structure menu of Drupal.
This menu (Structure/geoserver) allow to manage a Geoserver instance in drupal.
Can someone help me ?

I have copied a Drupal site from a live server to a test environment in order to do further development. I have set this up in a WAMP environment, importerted databases successfully and setup af a virtual host for the site.

I can connect to the site without problems and login. When I want to access the admin pages, I get the following message from the browser (http://www.MYSITE.local/da/admin/modules):
