Installing Drupal

I have the Drupal Events Calander module installed, however it is showing as 12 am -12 pm timeformat, but here in europe we use 24h time format. How can I change this?

I just try to add a text field (with Field UI) on my new-created content called "Atlas". I try 3 fresh install, and always get the same problem :
