Installing Drupal

I am getting the below mentioned error while installing drupal 7.2 on Windows 8
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function field_attach_load() in C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\includes\entity.inc on line 321"

Please suggest to overcome the error

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create an image slide show for my front page and for that reason I am trying to use the https://drupal.org/project/views_slideshow . The problem is that during the veiw set-up I am getting this warning

i am having two drupal installations witch shares user tables.
that is fine by now.

what i want to achieve is a third installation to share the user tables , roles and rules.

i can't find a way to implement this.
my settings based on cookie domain

$db_url = 'mysql://xxxxuser:passxxxxxxx@localhost/databasexxxx';
$db_prefix = '';
$cookie_domain = '.domain1.com';

and on the other site i am doing the following

drush pm-enable preconfiguration --y --uri="http://$domain"

And drush return me those warnings:

Hi All,

I am facing installation problem. I tried installing acquia drupal using Microsoft web platform installer 4.5. The web platform automatically installed all the dependencies automatically.
But, when i am trying to complete the installation using Microsoft Webmatrix, i am getting the following problem :

"undefined index distribution_name in drupal_install_profile_distribution_name() (line 196 of acquia-drupal7|includes|install.inc"

I've installed several Wordpress sites and there's a point where I process where I have to 'replace all' old website names with the new one in te SQL file. I've been following a few vids an online tutes and none of them show this process. Is this something require when transferring a SQL Drupal databse?
