the problem I now have is this message displayed at the top of my site:
"Note that the value of PHP's configuration option magic_quotes_gpc is incorrect. It should be set to '0' for Drupal to work properly. Either configure your webserver to support .htaccess files so Drupal's .htaccess file can set it to the proper value, or edit your php.ini file directly. This message will automatically dissapear when the problem has been fixed."
a quick examination of php.ini reveals a completely contradictory arrangement:
I have trouble identifying the source of the problem.
I have the cvs of yesterday, changed to the xtemplate theme, and now the "blog it" button does not take the content from the feed item that I want to blog. All I get is an empty blog entry to fill out.
Is this a known problem?
Is there a known cure?
I can't create an admin.
If I want to create a new user, I only get the normal index.php. Nothing happen.
If I want to go to admin.php I get an error - "You are not authorized to access to this page.".
I am using:
PHP 4.3.1
MySQL 3.23.55
Drupal 4.0
I am currently evaluating the CVS version of Drupal (beacuse it has support for clean URLs). Now, if I have a taxanomy, is there a way to have urls of the form
cat/subcat/subsubcat/filename
where filename will be chosen by the user?
Can I do this using the rewriting rules in .htaccess?
Also (and totally unrelated): How do I modify a theme, so that things like the login button or boxes only appear on the homepage and not on the pages of actual content nodes?
I can't seem to find where (which file) the descriptions under User demographic fields are located. I want to modify them and I want to add one to a new demo field I created. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
i.e. Under "Signature:" is says...
"Your signature will be publicly displayed at the end of your comments.
Allowed HTML tags: won't let me list tags... but you get the picture"
