Installing Drupal

I would like to know if this bug has been fixed?

(copied from the bug report):
The poll views are broken using theme Marvin (and possibly using the UnConeD and Xtemplate themes). To reproduce, open http://localhost/node/view/$nid where $nid is the node ID of a poll.

I use 4.2.0 rc version, theme Marvin (XSilver as well) and it appears to be still broken. Is there patch for this problem?

Is there an easy way to wrap a pre-built app/codebase into a drupal node? Say I have this external app that runs under, lives in, and uses it's own dir name for all its path processing etc. Can one easily import this code into the drupal codebase and easily wrap it's output under a drupal node? For example:

http://myserver.com/my_app_here - core functionality is based of my_app is based on this path - servername

I want some meta tags (example: <img>) can only be used by administrator and moderators or on blogs and storys. HTML Filters menu doesn't support this. What should I do?

I want to use Drupal with a limited range of HTML tags. Even though I include both the opening and closing paragraph tags in the list of allowed tags I find that when I add a story Drupal converts the closing para tag to two line break tags. Which file or files do I need to edit to stop this conversion taking place?
