Installing Drupal

Hi all, I am trying to make my first drupal site and want to have a line with the current url, example:
"you are here: section > subsection > article" and dont know how, any help would be apreciated.

Maybe it's the Friday the 13th thing, but I have not found a single thing on this web site instructing one on accessing the Drupal administration console. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

When I access the drupal homepage, I created an account, but there are no administrative options for the site, just for the user.

Since I've upgraded my site from 4.1 to 4.2-rc I've noticed that when I go to the site statistics and see a list of the nodes that have been viewed (today, top, or recent) that when I click on the view referer link, I never see anything. I can then click on the referer log and see external references that came to my site, but the new site statistics never seem to tie the node to the referer.

Any ideas on this? Is this working for others? Did I miss something in the conversion from 4.1 to 4.2-rc? Or should I get a life and try to quit seeing who comes to my website? ;-)

I just upgraded to CVS from 4.1 and all my base url's are now http:///

what did I miss in the conversions?

I can't find anything relating to this anywhere.

I did run update.php (once) but nothing seems to get rid of this.

I also browsed through the databse and common.inc to see if I could see where it's pulling from but to no avail. Is this because I am using a site based on Hostheaders?

If so, how the heck do I fix this?

Is it possible to make so users don't have to retrive there passwords by email, instead thay imput them by themself? If so, how? Now the users at my site have to get the password by the mail, but i wan't them to just select there own... (sorry for my bad english :P)
