"request new password" leads to "page not found"

Hi,

I've had this site running for a couple of months now.. and I noticed many watchdog notices like:

    "user/password" page not found.

[see here http://www.ahste.com/user/password ]

I checked it out and it seems people who've forgotten their passwords have no way to recover them!
I've tried replacing the user.module file with a new one with no results.
Is it possible that some other module is conflicting with this module?

Please help!

GD Image-Magick PHP relationship

Hi there,

Is it necessary to have GD compiled into PHP in order to Use the image module (Scaling etc)? I appear to have got Image Magick working on the server ie. I can use the convert too from the command line however it does not work from Drupal. I thought that maybe Image- Magick could work with Drupal without actually showing up in PHP ????

Error:
The built-in GD image toolkit requires that the GD module for PHP be installed and configured properly. For more information see http://php.net/image.

Blank .htaccess file?!

I'm trying to enable clean URL, but it wont let me too, saying that my host was not configured for Clean URLs. It also says "See the .htaccess file in Drupal's top-level directory for more information." Interesting thing is: my .htaccess file is blank. So, what am I suppose to do?!

I'm using a share hosting, so there is no way I can edit http.config file, so what other options do I have?

If there is supposed to be something in the .htaccess file, can somebody copy and paste the contents here for me?

Thanks in advance!

I will try to explain my problem as best as I can to see if any one can help.

I have read through most forum message about both topics but I am still confused.

I have installed drupal to a directory called httpdocs/drupal, I also have a Nuke based site in a directory called httpdocs/nuke.
