Installing Drupal

Hi

i have an integrated drupal on vbulletin running. Most of the pages work fine, but if i change admin settings i keep getting a blank page untill i refresh the window 2 times. Then the page does render.

enough ram + php limit. Any idea's?

ps: i know ppl have a lot of blank page topics posted, but i didn't find one where the page loads after 2 refreshes :/

At click on the reference, Drupal hangs for 1-2-3 seconds, then quickly gives out result, others php applications on a server work instantly. A server in local 100mb networks.
Drupa 4.6-4.7 standart install.
Apache apache-2.0.55
php-5.0.5-r4
mysql-5.0.16-r3
FreeBSD 5.2 and last Gentoo
what to do?

user error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'UNION SELECT c.nid AS cnid, c.uid, "" AS type, c.cid, c.subject, c.status, c.tim' at line 1

after installing the flexinode module (putting the .inc files in a flexinode subdirectory, along with the .module) and running the mysql statement, I'm gettign a persistent error at hte top of my pages.

The error message reads:
user error: Table 'memnison_drupal1.drupal_flexinode_type' doesn't exist
query: SELECT * FROM drupal_flexinode_type in /www/m/memnison/htdocs/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 66.

Hi-

I've checked all documentation, etc. and have hit a dead-end. I am using Drupal 4.5.5. I guess my first question: should I upgrade to 4.6.3?

I created a new database (djfrien_drupal) in C-panel, new dba User (djfrien_admin), password, was able to upload drupal tables to the djfrien_drupal database & see them myPhp, so that's all good. I changed the conf.php file in the includes folder as directed (I am 99% certain).

Then I tried to go to the site with my browser and got this error msg:

as part of my domain setup I can install gallery2 with no problems and it runs fine as a stand alone application
