Installing Drupal

I guess i've not installed the i18n module properly... In phpMyadmin SQL form, i've first executed "i18n_db_update.mysql" then "i18n.mysql" rather than the inverse... An little error message has followed the installation of these 2 mysql files but i've forgotten to copy them...

i18n and i18n appear in the list of module but when i check them, the following error is displayed at tthe top of each page :

Running the pgsql code that comes with the drupal 4.6 installation gives me two errors:

SQL error:
ERROR:  parser: parse error at or near "SEQUENCE" at character 7

In statement:
ALTER SEQUENCE menu_mid_seq RESTART 2;

and

I have set up the envrionment for drupal as told. Then I tried to create an account as mentioned after the installation of drupal. There was no error during the installation process. But strange code like lines appear on the top of the page,'index.php' which resides in the drupal folder, instead of drupal's icon and other graphics. Will you please help me? The page is like this in my computer.

Hi Guys.

This problem isnt specifically to do with drupal, however i figure some of you will have run accross this before.

Drupal works fine when browsing to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/blog/index.php , however when browsing to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/blog/ firefox returns

"You haven chosen to open

which is a: application/x-httpd-php
from: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I am using Drupal 4.6.5/PhP5.1.1/MySQL5.0.17
On Installing drupal it displays Incorrect Layout
Something like this

{_BLOCK_.header.blocks}
{_BLOCK_.header.message}

No default theme - It just displays the text ...

Any ideas ?

I just downloaded Drupal and when I went to change file permissions but there is no folder named 'files'.

Can any one help?
