Installing Drupal

I posted yesterday about my installation problem. I haven´t made any headway. I would like to repeat my request for help. go to http://punzel.gotdns.org:51056/drupal and you will see the problem - lots of warnings and then this fatal error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cache_get() in /srv/www/htdocs/drupal/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 125

apologies for the repetition; I am pretty perplexed and suspect some deeper setup issue.

I'm testing Drupal (4.6.5) on local server (Apache/WinXP). It works all right, but I need import content by XML through Import-export module (4.6.0).

Problems:
1) warning: rename(/tmp\php366.tmp,/tmp\php366.tmp.txt): No such file or directory in q:\home\drupal.loc\www\includes\file.inc on line 159.
2) Nothing imports, module messages: "No XML nodes" or "Skip node"

I've found out a lot of topics about file.inc bugs, but couldn't solve my problem.

I installed drupal-4.6.3
I get the main login page after I created the first account.

now, after I login, I get this message:

The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server."

permissions are correct in the drupal subdirectory.

here's my base:
$db_url = 'mysql://mysql:dripp33@localhost/drupal';

$base_url = 'http://www.shreemaa.org/drupal';

this is not typically an installation problem, due to lack of other forums however, I will post it here anyway.

I have installed successfully Drupal with a custom PHPTemplate layout. All worked absolutely perfectly for about a week. The site is located here: http://www.cooking-cup.de/2006

This morning, I wanted to add some more content to the site. It did recognize me again however, the first strange thing I saw was that the "Logout" link was gone from my menu.

Downloaded drupal from the CVS(4.6 version) last week and intalled taxonomy_browser correctly and assigned different categories, but when i go to the taxonomy_browser page I get a blank screen with php errors turn on i get the following errors below

can any one see the problem that might be causing taxonomy_browser to be blank I've got it working on 4.6.3 before but now I'm not exatly sure what version I'm using 4.6.3, 4.6.4 or 4.6.5

http://www.shreemaa.org/drupal generates a blank page.

http://www.shreemaa.org/drupa/node generates a main page.
then, when I login and click on Admin, I get a download box to download the php page.
can someone help? why doesn't the admin page generate?
