Installing Drupal

at this step i need registe the first user as admin,but when i move mouse on 'Create new account',browser hint me this url :"http://localhost:8010?q=user/register" ,so ,who can tell me why?

I have a problem with acidfree.
When I go to administration -> menus it write :

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /3w/czechian.net/l/lochman/modules/acidfree/acidfree.module on line 193.

And when I go to add contents (here it write a same error) and click on acidfree media it writes:

There is no settings.php file in the tar that I downloaded - is this correct or am I missing something simple?

But I want to do something like that, where drupal installs share tables in one database, and have their own in others. It'll simplify things. Has anyone gotten this to work?

I was setting up with bluemarine, but decided since phptemplate will be the default engine in 4.7, I'd do the right thing and start out using a phptemplate theme instead.

SO I started changing box grey to match my bluemarine settings.

In bluemarine I put in style.css

  position: relative;
  padding: 1em 0 0 0;
  margin: 0;
background-image: 
url('http://www.corepractice.org/images/Greenstone 3 tess.jpg');
background-repeat: repeat-x ; 
}

and it worked beautifully.

I downloadede the package and tried toinstall it but i get stuck with the "create database" section .I already have my database written in MYsql .

what ahall i do to make best use of drupal
