Possible bug with international phone numbers and ajax

Add at least one required field of type Telephone with enabled Enhance support for international phone numbers. Webform should have `Use Ajax` enabled.

Webform can't be submitted, error message 'phone field is required.' is shown.

I am not able to replicate this via Webform 6.2.x using the attached webform.

Please reopen this ticket if you can provide a webform that can be used to replicate this issue in 6.1.x or 6.2.x
