Today I installed/enabled 6.x-2.0, recommended release, and all went as expected with no problems. If development of the slideshow block proceeds well, I'd like to use this in production. Is there any more information forthcoming as to why this release is not recommended for production? A suggestion: This version should probably not be in the "recommended" category on the project page, if it is still a development version. Should I uninstall/disable 6.x-2.0 and install the earlier non-dev version?

6.x-2.0 is the stable release, but I see now that the "Note" from the development version is still in the readmore file.
