I am using this module for one of my Drupal6 project and now I am migrating my site in Drupal 7.
So I would like to use the same module in my Drupal 7 version.

Kindly provide me the co-maintainership for this module, so that I can help to port into Drupal7.

The reason this module was never ported to D7 was really because you have alternatives.

If you just want to modify the Head title but not the visible, you could use Metatag and if you want to modify the title itself, you can simply use Automatic Nodetitles.

Now if you really want to port this module for you own needs, please do so in a form of a patch, I will review it and eventually grant you co-maintainer access.
