Release notes

As the release 1.18 was broken, below are the changes between 1.17 and 1.19:

New Feature

  • Ignored modules form is now functional. It was always disabled until now. You can find it at the path /admin/config/system/nagios/ignored_modules.

Bugfixes

  • Project name and extension name are not always identical, but the code assumed they are. This is usually, but not always the case.
  • Issue #3383123 by mi-dave: Non-security updates sometimes reported as security/critical updates.
  • Issue #3346668 by nicasso: the theme setting pages were broken for non-core themes if the update module was disabled.
  • posix_getpwuid() returns false on Strato shared hosting. This limited Linux-like environment doesn’t offer all the usual binaries. Nagios Monitoring is now compatible with Strato.
  • Issue #3356602 by MegaphoneJon: Grep sometimes misunderstands the Nagios values as binary (check_drupal Bash script).

User Experience

  • Improve checkbox label text in themes settings page to make it clearer what it does.

Developer experience

  • Improve source code comments
