I have configured smtp, enable mime module, php mailer added phpmailer library, while sending mails using pet cc has been sent as bcc.

Almost certainly not a problem with Mime Mail, but we would need more information about how to reproduce this on a clean site before I could say for sure. You could narrow down the problem by NOT using SMTP or PHPMailer, and just using Mime Mail to see if this is still an issue.
