I noticed that the stylesheet fortytwo/static/css/fortytwo.css from the base theme gets not removed in STARTERKIT subtheme although this is requested in STARTERKIT.info.yml.

I suppose the syntax is not correct for stylesheets-remove. So I have created a patch for this.
