As briefly discussed with @benjifisher during #3326232: Drupal Usability Meeting 2022-12-16 I would like to put the rework of the module categories for drupal.org and project browser on the future agenda. It is an heads up early on. The effort is close to the second round of questionnaires, this time for maintainers. When the results for those questionnaires are in and the draft of the category names and scopes notes is updated accordingly it would be good to get some different perspectives and input in the ux meeting. to hopefully further stabilize the term and scope note list.

Further update: #2987964: Move custom block types admin link to admin/structure is now fixed! It is time to work on the next step on the meta issue: #2862564: Move Custom block library to Content.

I already added a comment to #3262395: $migration_dependencies has inconsistent structure. As soon as we comment on #3296289: Disable the Summary maxlength options if Summary input is disabled, we can close this issue.
