I have tested its not working toolbar-tray-open class should be replaced by toolbar-vertical.

Tested on Iphone6 using simulator and actual device, the admin bar gets hidden on scrolling the page to bottom,
Only local images are allowed.;
whereas it is visible when page is scrolled to the top.

Ideally the admin bar should be static/fixed and not depend on the page scroll functionality.
