Yes this is on my to-do list but most likely won't be until I actually need it for a project.
That said I'm happy to mentor someone through the needed changes.
The ca stuff is obviously gone from UC3 (in place is Rules) so I'd say this module would be abandoned in favour of a new name to reflect as such.

any update on D7 porting?

This was a awesome modules in D6.. now I moved to D7 where I am trying to configure my customer emails based on taxonomy terms.. but I don't see any other ways to do this in D7 with UC3.

This is a very important module.. as 92 sites are currently using it... I am sure most of them would have migrated to D7... so please let me know if any of you had found a new solution in D7
