Hi,
1) After I uploaded and enabled Backup and Migrate module, the upload module function disappeared, i can't upload any modules .
2) I disabled the Backup and Miagrate module, and uninstalled it. but it is still in module list page.

could you help me on this please

#1 - Is this still occurring with the latest versions of the module and D7 core?
#2 - The Modules page lists all modules that are available to be turned on. If it is on the page but not enabled, that just means the module is available on the server. You can find out more here - that may help http://drupal.org/documentation/install/modules-themes
