Action for adding main user to buddy list

I've read up on the actions snippets, but I'm still a little confused...

Can someone help me create an action so that a new registered user automatically gets the site admin added to their buddy list?

Kinda like Tom on MySpace.

its not a buddy but it does welcome them.
