This happen after I upgraded to Drupal 6.16.

Everytime I try to write a comment or reply to an existing comment I get

"The requested page could not be found"

Solved problem.

My site's update wasn't sucessful (there was a php memory limit error). I ran a second updated and now everything is working again :)

Same Issue

the problem is that the NID disappers from the original URL after making a comment reply...this means the argument logic is not ok.
