Hi,

Everything is in the subject. When will be drupal 4.7 final version released ? Is it too dangerous to use it today in a production environnement ?

The release candidate may be released at any time. I would trust this version for development of new sites. Note that there is still a lot of turbulence in the contributed modules for 4.7, with many not yet ported and most of those which are still containing bugs of some sort. There is definitely some risk involved with starting with 4.7 before the real release is available, but thankfully, that risk will be much smaller with the release candidate than with the last beta.

what time difference are we usually talking about? a few weeks? a few months?

would love to wait for the real release to start an upgrade/process, but just curious about approximate timeline...
