Managing the default RSS feed

Once you have installed Drupal and created a few blog posts, how does one administer the default website rss feed?

I'm talking about the feed that seems to encompass the entire website and include all users' blog posts.

• Is it possible to change what content is posted in the default site feed?
• How can you change the name/title of the site feed? Right now, only the name of the website seems to represent the title.
• How can you redirect the site feed to a different address?

I've searched all over for the basics of managing the main site feed, but I'm not finding much documentation or questions about it. I may be searching with the wrong terms, but if someone can point the way, I'd appreciate it.
