Project doesn't seem to be active. I'm in process of creating a new major version of https://www.drupal.org/project/votingapi_reaction and think that it would be beneficial to use this namespace for better visibility and clarity.
Maintainer https://www.drupal.org/u/miroslav-lee couldn't be contacted through disabled contact form.
Maintainer https://www.drupal.org/u/tobiassjosten was contacted through the contact form.
Thank you!

elamanCan I please get ownership permissions? As I’ll be performing active development? Thank you

tobiassjosten commentedNot a problem. You should have full permissions for handling the project now.

elamanHi project moderators,
I’m following up on this ownership request for the Reactions project:
https://www.drupal.org/project/reactions
The previous maintainer added me as a maintainer and confirmed in this issue that I should have full permissions for handling the project. However, the project ownership role does not appear to have been transferred, or I do not appear to have the equivalent permission needed to fully administer maintainers/project ownership.
Because of this, I cannot access the repository settings, set the default branch, or perform other project administration tasks needed to maintain the project properly.
I am actively moving the project forward under the
reactionsnamespace, including the new1.xbranch, roadmap, and issue fork/MR work.Could you please transfer project ownership to my Drupal.org account,
elaman, or grant the equivalent owner/administer maintainers role needed to fully maintain the project? For context, I maintain Voting API Reaction and am building the new Reactions module with Voting API as the storage backend and a more user-friendly reactions UX.
Thank you.

avpadernoActually, tobiassjosten made you a co-maintainer, since he did not give you the Administer maintainers permission which, together the Write to VCS permission, would allow you to change the default branch.
tobiassjosten did not give you full permissions (since one permission was not assigned) but probably misunderstood the request: Being project owner is not just a matter of having all the permissions on a project. A project owner is essentially a maintainer for whom the permissions cannot be changed.
Since tobiassjosten last logged in more than a year ago, I made you the new project owner without contacting him.
I did not change permission for the existing maintainers/co-maintainers.
