Problem/Motivation

Interacting with ME modal is a bit frustrating. Going from a "content" tab to "style" tab moves the tabs significantly which can be a major issue for those with mobility impairments, low vision, and cognitive impairments.

Proposed resolution

Create a max and min width for these modals so there is no jumping, around and tabs stay in a static placement

I tested this locally in a few different scenarios.

It appears that the styles tab keeps the original width of the modal window when switched. This seems to work really well.

This is resolved.
