BADCamp 2018 Volunteers

I provided equipment and coordinated the session recordings. I also posted them to YouTube during and after the event.

I volunteered at the Nonprofit summit.

I volunteered at Registration and as a Kevin stand-in.

I volunteered (did registration a little on Wed. am and room monitor for E. Pauley on Saturday)

Volunteered at Registration, as a Training/Room Monitor, general Manual Labor, Technical Support, and other Odds and Ends, as needed.

- Assisted with all signing of venue contract documents on behalf of BADCamp
- Oversaw, organized, purchased and coordinated all venue signage and print with Print supplier
- Oversaw and organized several BADCamp purchases - stickers, Mailchimp, VolunteerLocal, Survey Monkey, swag socks, swag tshirt and hoodies, supplies, etc.
- Oversaw and coordinated rental of linens to The Marsh
- Coordinate coffee and lunch purchases for the Non-profit Summit
- Assisted with updating the Master Budget spreadsheet
- Assisted at the Registration Desk in the mornings from Wed-Sat
- Assisted with tear down and clean up
- Assisted with any fires related to the aforementioned

I managed the volunteers this year and was a part of the larger planning committee. :)

• Filled in volunteer spots using myself and other Rootid team members as needed (meg@rootid.com, andrew@rootid.com)
• Developed standardized communications materials for future coordinators

I volunteered with camp signage and was a training room volunteer on Wednesday and Thursday

Assisted at the Nonprofit Summit, was a runner (various tasks), and helped with tear-down on Saturday.

I volunteered as a room monitor for the trainings.

I cleaned up at the end of the event by collecting signs & banners and returning them to a central location. I also boxed leftover tchotchkes and moved the boxes closer to the elevator for pick-up.

I volunteered at the store, as a room monitor, and some pre-conference organizational tasks.

I helped with setup and tear-down and also helped at the registration desk and at the SWAG store.
