Inner pane (jspPane) is shifting to left when i try to create an image or a document asset type. See the attached image.

UI is working fine for Videos.

I think this is happening because of the below code, css attribute left should not be -77 and should be 0. I am not able to find the code where this css is being set. Please look into this.

are you able to reproduce it on the demo site — http://demo.assets.adyax.com/ ?
Because I'm not. Maybe it's a result of specific image being uploaded or browser.

No, I am not able to reproduce it on the demo site. I tried uploading different images and documents on my local setup but no luck.
