In FF I get: "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

Just downloaded latest download from Drupal site and uploaded it. PHP info can be seen here: http://festivalfiles.com/foo.php

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong? There was no previous install of Drupal.
